A highly uninspiring block, or should I say: all potential. You can see it here. The space contains two piles of tires, and perhaps more surprisingly, two driveways from surrounding properties - that is, it's possible to drive out of your home, across the reserve to the street. What the ultimate idea is behind this, if any, is hard to comprehend.
