Find it here. Well-maintained, featureless cleared centre of a roughly circular block. There is some quite sophisticated boundary maintenance particularly on the east side (wire fences barely visible, etc). It is hard to imagine this space actually being used for anything, and there is no real encouragement to do anything but look at it.
